I love being the first point of contact when you enter the clinic whether that be in patient care/first aid/triage or client care and customer service.
Something I would like to explore in the future is my keen interest in practice management and behind the scenes operations of a veterinary practice including HR and caring for our valuable veterinary team.
With over a decade of experience caring for pets and their humans in a GP nursing role, my aim is to build trust with our patients and clients to make them as comfortable as possible during an otherwise stressful experience. Utmost care, compassion and attention to detail are essential when caring for our patients.
My husband and I have two children and two dogs. I grew up on a coastal hobby farm in Port Stephens so I get the best of both worlds spending time with my family at our beautiful beaches and also enjoying the experience of watching my family grow their own produce and care for a range of much loved pets from Dogs and Cats to Horse and Cattle.
