Hannah was raised in rural Armidale NSW with a range of pets from guinea pigs and alpacas to chickens and hermit crabs. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Science with Honours in 2019 from the University of Queensland. After graduation she initially completed a rotating internship at AREC where she gained a love for emergency and critical care medicine. Since then she has followed her passion and been committed to ongoing emergency veterinary care at AREC.
In 2024 Hannah’s ongoing commitment to further learning was recognised through gaining memberships with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Emergency and Critical Care.
Outside of work, Hannah loves to visit Newcastle’s beautiful cafes and beaches. She is interested in reading, walks/hikes and a good movie marathon. However, her greatest love is spending time with her two cats Alexandria and Chadwick.
