My main areas of interest are Anaesthesiology, critical care, surgery, pain management. I am a keen learner which I think makes me a good teacher. I have been doing “hands-on/practical” teaching for the past 5 years to final year nursing and vet students, mainly in anaesthesiology but also in some aspects of surgery.
I love a good cup of coffee, reading and road running (I prefer long distance running), I really enjoying spending as much time outdoors and I love the ocean, I also have a slight obsession with pandas. I love to travel and explore new places and things.
The Animal Referral and Emergency Centre provides daytime specialist services and overnight and emergency or critical care for your pet.
AREC staff provide high quality care when illness or injury occurs, or if your pet needs continuing after hours care. AREC staff are trained in referral, specialty and emergency management to deal with any situation pet care demands.
